Job Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Apollo.io, cold outreach, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Qualify leads based on our target industry, size, and business potential.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools provided by the company.
- Communicate with leads via phone, email, and meetings to showcase our offerings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to arrange product demos and technical discussions.
- Regularly follow up with leads until a final business decision is made.
- Support the conversion process from lead to contract signing.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in sales, lead generation, or relevant marketing/sales roles.
- Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and other lead gen tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and disciplined in follow-up.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, invoicing, and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing studies in business, marketing, or related fields.
Incentive & Compensation Policy
- Base Salary/Stipend: As per the policy
- No incentive will be provided for just generating leads.
- Incentive will be applicable only after the successful signing of a business contract from your lead.
- Performance-based bonuses and long-term growth opportunities available.
