Role Overview:
As a Sales Analysis Intern, you will support the sales and marketing team by tracking sales trends, analyzing data from multiple channels, generating actionable insights, and helping shape data-driven decisions. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in analytics, market strategy, and business intelligence.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze sales data across platforms (B2B, direct, marketplaces)
- Create dashboards and reports highlighting sales trends, lead performance, and conversion rates
- Support forecasting, pipeline tracking, and opportunity analysis
- Conduct competitor and market benchmarking
- Assist in preparing presentations for internal strategy meetings
- Coordinate with the tech and marketing teams to recommend data-driven improvements
- Identify underperforming segments and suggest actionable improvements
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets; knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) is an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passionate about startups, e-commerce, and Indian business growth
